Russ and Liz Matney, Founders
Russ and Liz both graduated from Baylor University. They married in 1985 and have three children and three grandchildren. They moved to Arizona from Texas in 1997 and began M & M’s Window Cleaning and Home Services in 2001. They both enjoy spending time with their grandkids and hiking the many trails in the Phoenix area.
Brad, Managing Partner
I grew up in Scottsdale and have been an Arizona native since 1997. I graduated from ASU in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Communications. I have been working in the family business since 2009 and earned a partnership in 2016. My interests include sports, trying new restaurants, and going to the park with my Dalmatian.
Max, Managing Partner
I grew up in Washington State and moved to the Reno/Lake Tahoe area as a late teenager where I learned the art of professional window cleaning. I started my career with M & M’s in 2015 and earned a partnership in 2016, and the rest is history!! I enjoy a job well done, the great outdoors, sports, and anything with my wife and our two boys.
Jenny, Office Manager
A Texas native but has lived in Arizona for 36 yrs. I am married with a 27-year-old son. I am a retired Kindergarten teacher. I like to sew, hike, bird watch, and play Pickleball.
Gabby, Office Assistant
My name is Gabby and yes, I LOVE to talk!! I am from California and can say I miss the beach, but happy to be an Arizonan. I love spending time with my dogs and taking motorcycle rides with my husband, my high school sweetheart.
Andrew
I’m from Richmond, Virginia where I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Music degree in 2014. I moved to Phoenix in 2017 and have been cleaning windows since 2018. I spend my free time lifting weights, studying computer programming, learning Brazilian Portuguese, and traveling to other countries.
Arturo
I was born and raised in Illinois. I lived there for 25 years and wanted to try something new so I moved to AZ. I started working with M & M’s in February 2022. My hobbies include soccer, going out with friends, and working out.

I’m originally from Dallas, TX. I moved to AZ in the late ’90s. I love the winter months too much to leave.

In my downtime, you can find me adventuring, or tending to my animals. Don’t let the Arizona tan fool you I’m still a die-hard Bills fan. GO BILLS!

Hi, my name is Stuart. I’m from California. I’ve been cleaning windows for 30 years. I’m married with 3 sons and enjoy sports, auto racing, and hanging with my wife of 30 years.
